Anti-Hazing Transparency Report

91ºÚÁÏÍø’s policy regarding hazing and the procedures used to prevent it can be found on the  webpage. This policy was adopted and published on June 23, 2025.

91ºÚÁÏÍø encourages the reporting of incidents of hazing and takes each report seriously. It will investigate all reports diligently and thoroughly, in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct. Any person may report an incident of hazing in person, by mail, by telephone or electronic mail, using the contact information listed for the Dean of Students, or by utilizing 91ºÚÁÏÍø’s reporting system, by submitting a .

Per the SCHA, 91ºÚÁÏÍø will compile and publish relevant and pertinent information regarding each incident of hazing for which a recognized student organization was found responsible. Beginning July 1, 2025; this information will be collected and subsequently published (and updated) twice a year.

Any student organization that is under an active investigation will not appear below, as part of the Hazing Transparency Report
